Jubilee Australian Labradoodles is looking for good “Doodle Loving” people, for the opportunity to join our exciting labradoodle program, through our Guardian Homes.
What is a Guardian Home?
Our Guardian Home Program allows for responsible Dog people that live within an hour away from Onsted MI to co-own one of our breeding dogs. As a Jubilee Guardian Home Member you will receive one of our “Picks of the litter”, as a Jubilee Guardian Home you agree to raise, train, and care for the dog throughout the entire breeding career. Breeder rights belong EXCLUSIVELY to Jubilee Labradoodles. We take the care & well-being of our dogs very seriously! They are all beloved members of our Jubilee family as pets. We want to ensure that the Guardian Homes will do the same in providing an excellent loving environment. Happy, well balanced parents produce & imprint that same smart, sweet, easy to train, loyal personality in their puppies. Our goal has always been to develop & improve with each generation, as we help move the Australian Labradoodle forward as a breed. We want our Guardian Homes to value this opportunity & be “on board” with this mindset. Once the Guardian Dog has completed her/his breeding career, she/he will be spayed/neutered at our expense, and remain a forever pet of their Guardian Family.
Is There a Cost Involved to Be a Guardian Home?
Yes. The Dog is “pick of the litter” specifically chosen for the Jubilee breeding program, with an estimated value of $12,000 to $15,000. Your initial cost of a $1,000 deposit, is a fraction of the full value of the Dog. When the Guardian Dog has completed it’s Breeding Career we will transfer all registration paperwork & full ownership, into Guardians name.
As a Guardian Home you will be responsible for the general routine veterinary care & wellness of the Guardian puppy/dog. This means annual vaccines, feeding a high qulity dog food, grooming, monthly heart worm prevention, flea/tick prevention, training, regular exercise & socialization, and most importantly all the love and care and attention possible.
Any “Breeding Related” medical costs for the Guardian Dog are the expense of Jubilee Labradoodles. Our Guardian Homes are only responsible for routine maintenance and medical care just as they would if they had their own dog.
What are the Benefits and Obligations of Being a Guardian Home?
Your Dog has been specificly chosen for its many qualities to become, along with you, an integral part of the advancement of the breed here at Jubilee Labradoodles. Another added benefit to our Guardian Families is that their Guardian Dog will be completely health tested at the expense of Jubilee Labradoodles prior to entering our breeding program, at no cost to the Guardian family. Our Guardian Families get to enjoy the excitement of being a part of our breeding program! There’s a $500 “Thank You” incentive for each litter of 2 live puppies or more your girl produces/raises and for the boys there’s a $200 “Thank You” bonus for each litter of 2 live puppies or more he produces. Seeing the amazing offspring from your own Guardian Dog is an exciting experience. As each of the puppies go to their new homes you get to know the joy that they bring to other families. It’s a great feeling to be a part of paying that forward!
